Emirates is Recruiting Cabin Crew in Scotland This July With Events in Dundee and Glasgow

Emirates is holding cabin crew recruitment days in Scotland this month, with open days in both Glasgow and Dundee just days apart.

If you’ve already been thinking about applying for this Dubai-based mega-carrier, then this is your moment. Emirates recruits continuously, but open days in Scotland are not a weekly occurrence. These two dates are worth knowing about.

  • Glasgow: Saturday 5th July, 9 am
  • Dundee: Monday 7th July, 9am

What to Expect

Emirates open days are competitive. Recruiters are assessing you from the moment you walk in, including your presentation, your energy, and how you carry yourself, before a single question is asked. The candidates who stand out are the ones who have done their research and prepared properly, not the ones who turned up hoping for the best.

You do not need previous cabin crew experience to apply, but you do need to meet the minimum requirements:

  • At least 21 years old
  • A minimum height of 160cm with a reach of 212cm on tiptoes
  • Fluent English
  • High school diploma
  • One year of customer service or hospitality experience.

Get Prepared

The Cabin Crew Forum has everything you need to walk into that room ready. If you are starting from scratch, the Emirates Cabin Crew Recruitment Hub is the right place to begin — it brings together every guide we have built for Emirates candidates in one place.

For the open day itself, the Emirates Cheat Sheet will make sure you know the airline inside out before you arrive. Fleet, routes, cabin products, key facts — the things that separate well-prepared candidates from everyone else.

The Emirates Cabin Crew Salary and Benefits Guide is worth reading before you go too. Not just so you can answer questions about why you want the role, but so you are making an informed decision about whether this is genuinely right for you.

And if your CV still needs work before Saturday, our free resume templates are a good place to start. Good luck to everyone attending in Glasgow and Dundee.
